Painter
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or both)
Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and application techniques
Ability to cut clean lines, roll evenly, and ensure smooth finishes
Experience with interior and exterior painting
Must be detail-oriented and reliable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces
Mix and match paints to achieve desired color and texture
Repair and touch up walls, trims, ceilings, and other surfaces
Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers to apply paint
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ensure projects are completed on time with a high-quality finish
Communicate with supervisors and team members effectively
Painter Helper
Requirements:
No experience required, but painting or construction background is an asset
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Physically fit and able to handle materials, ladders, and tools
Attention to detail and safety
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare work areas before painting (surface cleaning, sanding, masking, and taping)
Move furniture, cover floors, and protect fixtures
Assist painters with paint mixing, loading rollers, and sprayers
Perform sanding, patching, and surface repairs as directed
Clean brushes, rollers, sprayers, and tools after use

Support painters to ensure efficiency and quality in every project
