Painter
Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2+ years of painting experience (residential, commercial, or both)
  
  

• Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and application techniques
  
  

• Ability to cut clean lines, roll evenly, and ensure smooth finishes
  
  

• Experience with interior and exterior painting
  
  

• Must be detail-oriented and reliable
  
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces
  
  

• Mix and match paints to achieve desired color and texture
  
  

• Repair and touch up walls, trims, ceilings, and other surfaces
  
  

• Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers to apply paint
  
  

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  
  

• Ensure projects are completed on time with a high-quality finish
  
  

• Communicate with supervisors and team members effectively

Painter Helper
Requirements:

• No experience required, but painting or construction background is an asset
  
  

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  
  

• Physically fit and able to handle materials, ladders, and tools
  
  

• Attention to detail and safety
  
  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare work areas before painting (surface cleaning, sanding, masking, and taping)
  
  

• Move furniture, cover floors, and protect fixtures
  
  

• Assist painters with paint mixing, loading rollers, and sprayers
  
  

• Perform sanding, patching, and surface repairs as directed
  
  

• Clean brushes, rollers, sprayers, and tools after use
  
  

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
  
  

• Support painters to ensure efficiency and quality in every project
